Awful. And I can’t get a refund because I downloaded one of the documents which I wasn’t aware would be cause for not being able to cancel. The whole course is just A4 pages of text. Just so disappointed and cost £300 !!! Do not purchase the dog grooming course! No videos, nothing useful, the most basic information possible. Nobody could start a business with this! And a certificate at the end that looks like I’ve made it myself. Don’t waste your time or money.

I have just completed my fourth course with stonebridge colleges and as always have found the customer service and contact/feedback from tutors very helpful and very quick! I’ve recommended them to several friends who are also enjoying their courses with Stonebridge. I really enjoyed and learned a lot with your course.
The course was very interesting and helpful for understanding and having an overview of an ideal Legal Office Management.
At the beginning I thought to finish the course as soon as possible but with my long days at work ending around 7:30p.m, it was a bit hard. It is why the fact that there was not a time limited to submit the assessments; was something that I really appreciated and that allowed me to be less stressed.
I am thinking to do another courses on the coming years.
I need to choose between those:
• Eco Building Design (10 Units)
• Environmental Auditing and Reporting (6 Units)
• Environmental Management (7 Units)
• Wedding Planner and Events Management (12 Units)
• Events Management (8 Units)
I had already read about them in your web site but it should be great to know what are the topics (units) touched on them. This can be useful and really could help me to make a choice.
Do you think it is possible to have such details?

I found this course to be very helpful in gaining basic knowledge for the care, nutrition and husbandry of many different animal species. I am now wanting to go on into University to study Zoology. The tour was very helpful and always easy to contact and when it can to settling the outstanding balance it was done easily over the phone. I received my Certificate in the post within the 4 week time period they stated.

As alot of others have said, when asking about the cashback I should be getting now I've finished paying I'm suddenly getting no replies despite getting very fast replies up until now including getting one of my assignments marked within a few hours of submitting. Seems strange how many people have the same problem with receiving the cashback or any response about it.

This 'college' is an absolute disgrace. Like most people on here I have been chasing my £100 cashback for 4 months now, all the while being told the same thing 'it's with accounts'. The customer service is pathetic and this is an absolute scam. I am not being unreasonable, I am simply requesting the cashback that I am entitled to as I paid in instalments. I should not be chasing my cashback for 4 months, they take your money every month with complete ease, they should give you your cashback with complete ease too but scammers only care about taking your money. I will be reporting this 'college' if I do not receive my cashback in the next 14 days.
DO NOT trust this 'college' it is a scam to get your money. GO ELSEWHERE.

The information on the courses is good and you get a good picture of what is included in them. The enrollment process was easy, the staff was very friendly and helpful. During the enrollment phone call I was repeatedly asked if everything was okay, and I was warmly welcomed to Stonebridge.
