Using the website, I requested a password reset.
An email was supposed to have been sent...I never received it.
So I called the company and they asked me to send an email requesting a new password...I sent the email and over 1 week later did not receive any feedback.
I checked my email address details and spam folder.
An indication of poor quality customer service.

Lack of products in stock. Even when they say online there is availability.
What more when contacting the customer service team with a email and cc the MD in on email you would of thought have a reply but 3 weeks later not had any thing back !

I've been using SP Services for a number of years.
Recieved my items quickly before due date.
Only thing missing was masks out of stock.

Shipment never sent. Had to e-mail them myself to find out. Got a refund that is about 15 € short...
Thieves by my book.
Avoid and shop elsewhere.
Thanks for the standard generic BS reply on here by the way. Copy pasting standardised apologies and hiding behind COVID-19 must be all your customer service department is good for.
A 12 year old could do better.

Spent £200 on item stated was in stock, several days later heard nothing so did live chat, was told no stock, very impolite customer services, now have to wait 5 days for the money they took when they had no stock, will shop medtree in future.

Receiving an email about a fantastic offer then logging in and placing an order only to be told after that the item is out of stock and there is no replacement was very disappointing. With the quality of the last items I purchased from you I was looking forward to receiving new items but have to find another supplier now which is a shame.

SP Services have been the supplier to our Mountain Rescue Team for many years. The service you receive is second to none and postage is quick which means urgent orders are received quickly. Items are quality and packaged well. A great service. I just wish they did discount for individuals from the emergency services and volunteer organisations for private purchases.
