Placed a 1st time order on 2nd August, received no notifications or anything and it's 12th Sept now. Sent request for information and nothing received, no phone numbers available but just feels like a company that is faceless, how do Internet companies get away with such pathetic customer services!

I bought an Anthnoy james watch since June 14th, Till this moment, the watch malfunctions. I am always settling the watch to the current time- totally useless. Secret sales should be able to advise us if a product is genuine or counterfeit than luring us all with discounted prices. Such a poisonous experience- Never buying any item from them again.

Please DO NOT BUY from this company, I placed an order a few weeks ago admittedly they arrived, however to return the items that I did not want is a different matter. It seems that you can buy from them but not return anything believe me I have tried everything I know. Just be aware peeps go to a ligit company.

I ordered a jacket which came within 2 days, It was not the right size for me so i returned it and got another size. It came again within 2 days and i wasnt sure about refunding, so i emailed them and they replied so quickly, I havent recieved my refund yet but im sure i will be soon. I love the jacket and would reccomend to anyone to buy from secret sales. Great service, excellent quality and so reliable.

Company has gone bust, taking our money and telling us to get a refund from our card supplier! They left £5m owing to creditors and then started up again a week later, same name, SAME DIRECTORS!!!! It is shocking these people can get away with it...….

Ordered some clothes which never arrived. Emailed to ask where they were, was sent an email as the business had been put into administration by the owners. They relaunched the business the next day with the same name, no refunds no goods. This business behaviour is an insight as to what kind of leadership this company has. Avoid if you don't want to get ripped off.

Brought Superdry items from this after delivery found them cheaper on Superdry own site cheaper (my own fault should of checked) one of the items was very small for the size I sent for so sent back and got charge for the privilege. Check other site before buying from this site.

Just about THE WORST service I have ever come across from an online company. Customer service is beyond appalling. If you want to save yourself unnecessary aggravation then steer well clear. Still waiting for my refund and no reply to emails and the chat option is a joke. Wait time 2 mins it says, meanwhile you’re waiting 4 hours for someone to decide to turn up to do their job which I’d have to say is not done very well at all. A 4 year old could run SECRET SALES better. Or is that the Secret!!!! It is run by children.

The clippers I bought were not available anywhere else. I was apprehensive about purchasing from SS due to not knowing them and their name. No address as to where they were based. I took a chance and was impressed. Free postage, the right item arrived within a few days in great condition. How it's done, I don't know but from this instance, I would certainly consider purchasing from them again.

I recently steered away from the site having clicked on a product only to find a price surcharge for my size. I do not have an issue with price differentiation on different sizes but all available sizes had the same surcharge. It is my view that this is misleading.
My previous shopping experience had been satisfactory.

Awful company. Ordered goods in January 2020 goods never arrived. Then I got an email saying the delivery of my goods has been delayed then an email saying they can’t fulfil my order and can’t refund me due to company going into administration. I called them up and were not very helpful but were still trading as Secret Sales. No refund given. My advice stay away from this company unless you have a tree that grows many and don’t mind throwing it away!!
