I purchased a ticket for a festival in Madrid over two weeks ago. It begins in a few days and have received no information about the ticket whereabouts. I need the bracelet too to get in and I have heard nothing. I have the order number on an email but that is it.
I have called 1 million times and recieved no info. I emailed and got a response saying we are busy and received a link to questions that had already been asked. I have the right to at least know what has happened with the ticket and my MONEY!!! Now I dont care if the ticket comes or I get a refund but I need to be guaranteed I will get one or the other. So far you have answered to nothing Seatwave. Very poor customer service.

Scammed into paying a fortune then they would not give me the tickets for 2 months, and only when I complained to many places including seatwave who never answer anything except to resell them so they can slap another 59 per ticket to their next victim. never go near them!

I purchased two tickets for Aston villa v Birmingham city. Should be noted I am Aston villa fan with a fan ID.
Today two days before event I get an email stating they have refunded money.
I call only to be told "Aston Villa have cancelled tickets".
I send 4 emails to seatwave and get no reply.
I call Aston Villa who tell me this is a seatwave error and they said no such thing.
I get home from work and two tickets are in post.
I call Villa and they say yes they are valid, contrary to what seatwave said.
Interesting to note seatwave sold me tickets at £45 each and few days ago were selling at £200 each.
I wait to see if I get in. What worry

We were charged a total of £173.16 for 2 tickets with a ticket price of £54.00 each. We had to chase UPS for the tickets as they were only given to them on Friday for a Monday concert. We only received the tickets 3 hours before we had to leave for the concert. There were hundreds of seats available at the concert. Book direct with the Genting Arena!

I sold a ticket and received an email saying a should receive the money for the ticket in up to 10 working days. It's 6 weeeks later and still no payment and no response to emails. Also no phone number to contact. Awful experience do not use!

Easy to book tickets to U2 Croke Park. Tickets arrived within a week. No problem with ticket validity. I can understand supply and demand but I think Seatwave and it's competitors are making an unfair profit from their high charges to both the purchaser and the seller. A decent profit could still be made at half the charges.

Good Morning. I bought tickets for Eric Clapton's 3 shows last May but at last night (order 1847109), I was informed that there would be tickets for me and my wife. I was very disappointed with this attitude of the company since I bought the tickets 6 months earlier, I bought plane tickets to London and booked hotel to attend the 3 nights but was informed the day before with a simple refund of your money. I imagined that due to the demand for the show my tickets were sold to other people foi higher prices that I paid and with the company would have greater profitability.Due to this fact, this company can not be considered as serious and I hope I will not be more customer of this company.

Being affiliated with ticketmaster I thought it was sensible to go for a well known company especially when it comes to tickets. Oh how wrong I was. I ordered my festival ticket a week before the event and it was swiftly dispatched. I was thinking great what a service (which you'd expect with £15 delivery charge and £20 service charge). I booked my flights to Lisbon and was informed my ticket would be with me a few days before. Then the issues started when UPS emailed me saying the ticket was now going to be delivered after my flight. So I changed my flight and thought fine it still gives me just about enough time. Then another email came through and the ticket was delayed again. I rang seatwave and they were about as helpful as a chocolate teapot. So I thought right ring UPS and oh wow they are just as bad. I felt stuck between 2 inept services and was money down. In the end I received my ticket 3 hours after my second flight time, with no affordable flights available. This being the day the festival started with me
in the U.K. and all my friends in Lisbon. So I lost money on flights and accommodation, racked up an insanely stupid phone bill and had a ticket I couldn't use. And all I received was an email address for the escalations team at seatwave with a response 3-5 business days later which was no use to me when the festival was 3 days long. I advise you not to spend these premium prices for a less than average service. Save your stress levels and your bank balance.

Was a bit concerned buying off Seatwave as I didn't know much about them, read a couple of reviews and everything was perfect. Got my tickets 2 months after purchase and 4 months ahead of the gig. Would 100% buy again. You can feel safe knowing your tickets are real.

Have to admit I was pretty worried at the start. Purchased two last minute Saturday tickets for wireless and was given an estimated delivery day of Monday (6 days before the event) . No sign of the tickets Monday and on my account it said 'awaiting shipment' ..I had a mini panic attack after checking Reviews where most of the negative reviews where about delivery issues and receiving the tickets..however I called seatwave cust care and they were very helpfull. They called the seller, pushed them to hurry up with the tickets and I received them by Royal Mail special delivery today (Wednesday) ..must say for a last minute purchase I'm very happy with the service. And also my tickets are the legit hardback copy.

Down 115 euro, thank you seatwave. They were too late sending me my tickets, so i was forced to buy tickets at the event. I then got a call from seatwave WHILE I was at the event saying that they just sent me my ticket. Then refused to reimburse me afterwords.

Rubbish, 2 days before concert no tickets turn up, apparently seller couldn't get them to me, they wont tell me what action they take against the seller..someone else went to the concert & people were sat in the seats that I was supposed to have, so seller sold them elsewhere or went themselves, seatwave takes no responsibility at all, apparently tried to find me replacement tickets & couldn't, no surprise there 2 days before a sell out show, very disappointed 10 year old child & wife not happy either , will not use seatwave again

I turned to Seatwave at the last minute, having been scammed by another ticket agent. I aquired 2 tickets for my event the day before it was on, at what I considered a very reasonable price, at such short notice. The service was quick and efficient. I would not hesitate to use Seatwave again.

I would never recommend seatwave i never got my tory lanez tickets i had to wait the day before to find this out i also had ticket protection and they never found me replacement tickets even tho they still had tickets for sale and for the same day and next day i had train tickets and hotel booked seatwave had no email address and only way i could speak to them was on twitter. They email me say i hoped u enjoyed the show even tho i didnt go or get tickets i will never be using seatwave again and i will be using stubhub as i never had a problem and always manage yo sort me tickets
