Staff are very friendly and well organised. Staff are very informative Premises are exceptionally clean and secure No restrictions on entry to the premise when storing my goods. There is a register to complete when entering and leaving the premise which is an excellent practice. I would certainly recommend this company for future reference. Cannot be faulted. This is a well managed facility whose staff are extremely helpful. The facility is excellently maintained and really secure. There is ample parking with plenty of lifting aids to help you move your belongings into your designated store. In summary, a well run business which provides an ideal facility to keep your goods safe and secure which is also reasonably priced. I would recommend this storage company to anyone who needs to store their belongings.

Brilliant service at the Coventry depot.
I recommend you actually go into the branch you are looking to store at, as the main phone line goes through to the main head office and the guy I spoke to was less than helpful. When I got to the Coventry branch the lads on reception couldn't of been more helpful. Really professional and friendly.
Was a Saturday morning and they were happy to be at work.
