We are pleased with the turf and it has been down a week and looks good. There were a couple of rolls that we could not use as they were cut badly, we contacted Rolawn over a week ago and have not had a reply.

Service was satisfactory- neither good nor bad.
Negatives- there were no order updates or tracking abilities , which you’d think would be important for a turf delivery - being such a time-critical product. I’d expect this from the UKs leading turf supplier.
Positives- although there were no updates, the turf arrived within the 8am-6pm delivery slot at just before 3pm. A bit late in the day for a big job, but within expectations. The turf was just starting to warm up in the middle of the pallet- but wasn’t ruined because of this.

1 tonne bag delivered to a domestic garage at the end of a small crowded street. Driver was friendly helpful and handled his vehicle with ease.
Discussed delivery issue with customer service previous to order, they were knowledgeable informative and accommodating.
Overall very happy.

The product is excellent and I have left a 5 star assessment despite the product having been delivered circa 16:30 on the delivery date The rolls of turf need to be laid as soon as possible and it puts a lot of pressure on the customer to have the turf laid quickly upon receipt when the local delivery agent does not prioritise delivery of this product (which is not cheap) and delivers late in the day! Anyway, the Medallion offering looks fabulous - beautiful.

Ordering easy and confirmation of delivery date at time of order but then no further message to say it’s on its way. Delivery was not made by late afternoon on the day it was due so I called to ask if it had been dispatched. Was told I’d called the trade number not retail, I had rung the only number on confirmation.
Guy helped as much as he could but eventually said nobody can chase non delivery until it is 24 hours late. Not good really. Gave me a number to ring once 24 hours was up , ie next day.
So I rang the retail number and had good results , saying the soil was on it’s its way but possibly not coming that day. Later on the Newcastle dispatch manager called to say it was leaving local depot and would be with me that day.
Eventually arrived at 6.30 pm just over a full 24 hour delay.
Driver was great and wheeled two ton bags right up my paved drive rather than leaving it on kerb.
