I received 3 bars, Vietnam 100%, Papua New Guinea 72% and Peru 70%. They arrived beautifully wrapped showing the classy nature of the product. I was not disappointed with the contents. Both the Papua New Guinea and Peru were beautifully smooth unlike most plain chocolate. The Vietnam at 100% cocoa was a bit tough going as I'm not usually a strong dark chocolate fan but my husband absolutely loved it and said each time he had a piece, it just got better. Although expensive, with the packaging and taste the bars would make a lovely present for someone special.

Rococo sent me three bars of Single Origin Chocolate to taste, 70% Honduras, 72% Papua New Guinea and 100% Vietnam. The chocolate is smooth, very creamy and full of flavour.
I'm not 'normally' a fan of dark chocolate but did eat three quarters of each bar (the dark chocolate eater got the other quarter). I would definitely have these again, though find the price a little high.

I received a lovely batch of dark chocolate bars 70% Peru, Papua New Guineans and Honduras cocoa . This is by far the best tasting dark chocolate I have ever had. The flavours vary between fruity and nutty depending on which bar you go far and no bitterness at all which you normally would experience with any other dark chocolate . This is rich, smooth and satisfyingly delicious. I can’t wait to try more Rococo chocolates as they have really set the bar highly for other brands of chocolate.

Have purchased these previously. Website a little sporadic in navigating. Nevertheless, Lovely chocolates though a tad expensive. 3 bags of truffles, with postage nearly £40. Hence only buying at Christmas.

Received three bars of single estate dark chocolate ....beautifully packaged in signature blue and white tissue ...Each bar foil wrapped for freshness ..with an outer cardboard sleeve...
Each bar is different but a lovely dark deep flavour ...very smooth and the best thing no bitterness sometimes associated with single origin high percentage cocoa Slight undertones of citrus ...consustently good quality A lovely gift ...little big pricey maybe

Three bars of Single Origin Chocolate arrived beautifully wrapped and in pristine condition. I have tried each flavour - Peru, Honduras and Papua New Guinea - and enjoyed the smooth texture. Most notably, the flavours of each seemed to represent their exotic location of origin with hints of fruit and nut flavours. I will certainly be purchasing more as gifts in the future!

Over the last month the cost of 5 violet creams has increased from £8 to more than £14.
The Rococco response? I'm afraid the price of our floral creams has increased due to the higher cost of production currently.

Ordered as a gift so it was particularly disappointing that the delivery was only partially fulfilled due to truffles being out of stock. Understandable? Perhaps, but a note on the website to indicate that stock levels were low would have helped. The ‘congratulations’ gift will now be delivered fully almost/at least 10 days from ordering. Seems a touch late. This is also my first ever order from Rococo, so I will think twice before ordering again.

DPD delivered my order to the wrong address and Catherine kindly resent my order for no extra cost.
This is the only time I have had any problems with ordering from Rococo. The chocolates are always excellent quality and beautifully wrapped.
Customer service is helpful and responsive. I will happily order again (and again!).

Had a problem with a next day delivery not arriving and contacted Catherine at Rococo Chocolates for help. She was incredibly helpful and informed me it was a problem with the delivery company. She offered to send the order again free of charge - but I was happy to wait and the chocolates came this morning. I commend Rococo on the helpfulness and professionalism of their staff.
As usual Rococo presented the chocolates beautifully and my fiancée absolutely loves the praline quail eggs. I would highly recommend the company to all.

Impeccable customer service.
I received my chocolates on the hottest day of the year and unfortunately they had melted (they were a gift for my partners birthday) A lady called Catherine dealt with my request and sent me another one free of charge. This is at no fault of their own, but they did it anyway. I would love to commend the customer service team and especially Catherine! You guys made my day :)

I have been ordering from Rococo Chocolates for years. I live in the US and orders always arrive in a timely fashion except for during the CoVID times we had a small delay. The chocolate quality has always been phenomenal. I recently had their new single origins chocolate from Honduras. It tasted great. Nice hint of fruits, the right amount of sweetness and creaminess. It’s better than many other single origin artisanal chocolates I have had in the past from chocolatiers here in the US.

Oh my elegantly packaged bars of deliciousness. The Peru 70% and Honduras 70% single origin bars were scrumptious even for a milk chocolate fan like me. They are wrapped in the signature Rococo blue and white so would make a great foodie present.

I absolutely love Rococo chocolates, they are just wonderful. Their packaging is stunning. They have a huge range of flavours and the rose chocolate is a personal favourite of mine! They even have special collections and some amazing seasonal flavours at Easter and Christmas.

Very poor service!
These are expensive chocolates, so when they arrived in a poorly sealed jiffy bag I was a little cautious, it then gets worse..... The box of chocolates itself had a ribbon on it that could easily be wiggled off and the chocolates tampered with and there was no hygiene seal. This is very concerning especially during the COVID-19 lockdown. Then I noticed the chocolates were barely in date for 3 weeks! They have obviously been sitting around for ages hence the short expiry date.
I have messaged the company twice and have been ignored. I will give it a few more days but if no response, I will be returning the chocolates for a full refund. Will not be using them again.
I have found another luxury chocolate company, chocolates delivered in a hygiene sealed box and in date for 3 months. Much better!

Ordered on the 24th April and was advised on the 28th that my order had been processed, but it is now the 12th May and I still have not been advised that my order has been dispatched. I sent an email on the 5th May to chase this but have heard nothing back.
Can someone please urgently respond?

I ordered chocolates for Easter delivery on 6th April - the order wasn't processed until 17th April, arriving on Saturday 18th. Even allowing for the fact that I seemingly missed the cutoff for delivery for Easter weekend, this is really poor.
I emailed when it was apparent the product wasn't going to arrive in time but didn't get a response.
The chocolates are delicious, but this is bad service.

Ordered expensive Easter egg with Guaranteed Easter delivery as a treat for my wife who is self isolating 360 miles away and I’ve not seen for 6 weeks but it failed to arrive till the Tuesday after Easter and the back half of the shell SMASHED to hell even though the packing was in perfect condition ……. To add insult there has been no response to my messages about this. Useless customer service DON'T BUY FROM THIS BUNCH..........................

Frustrating experience, I do not recommend to order online. I order my Easter egg 2 weeks before Easter Sunday and it never arrived, they don't answer the phone or emails.
Please be aware this people don't seem to be able to fulfill orders or communicate at all but are very capable of charging your credit card for a product you will never see.
