A complete waste of money! You can find what they sell on AliExpress for a quarter of the price! The dresses are so falsely advertised, it is paper thin and impossible to wear in public without looking ridiculous! Sizes are totally off! Bathing suit was tiny and the order was for a size 10! Doesn't even cover a body part! They make it so difficult for refunds please reconsider before making a purchase! It will not be at all what you see on the site! I've also order over 8 Items and was not satisfied with one!

I placed an order and when I checked the tracking it said that I had been delivered. I had not received the package. I direct messaged them on twitter and their customer service team responded quickly and were able to help me. I had this outfit planned for a specific event and they were able resolve my problem and I am so grateful. I appreciate everything they were able to do for me. With a team who cares about their customers I would definitely recommend for people to shop here. Love it!!

After seeing all my friends wesr this brand, i decised to make a purchase. After i made the purchase i noticed that the unit number for my apartment was missing, i reached out to PLT on WhatsApp and to my surprise they answered back pretty fast and was able to solve the problem. Ikra B was amazing and really fast and great response and customer service.

I ordered four items, all fit PERFECTLY! The items looked just as they were advertised on the website. I used a coupon which made my purchase extra special. I placed my order on 8/28 and got it 9/3 using regular delivery. I had a issue with one item. I sent a picture of the issue via twitter to the "Unicorns", GILL immediately handled the situation and made PLT my favorite site for quality garments. DON'T SLEEP ON PLT!!! ~Jeanella

First I would like to say that quality of the clothing that I received was great. I didn't receive half my order or get a notification that my order was being split up, so I contacted customer service and they responded within 24 hrs and were able to provide me with the tracking number for my second parcel. I really appreciate the professional and level of care.

I've ordered from PrettyLittleThing a few times and am leaning towards not making any future purchases with them. My biggest hangup right now has to do with items having the potential of being falsely advertised.
I fell in love with this dress they have on their website with splits on both sides and when I got the dress there were no splits. Lol, the dress was still cute without the splits, but what sold me on buying the dress WAS THE SPLITS. I contacted customer service and asked them if I reordered the item could they guarantee that I'd receive the advertised product that I wanted and they ensured I'd get the item I showed them. My replacement came and guess what? No splits.
Whoever their manufacturer is does a poor job on some of their pieces too. I ordered a plaid skirt and the alignment of the plaids were clearly off to the point it couldn't be ignored. It was a defective item. I returned that skirt and reordered the same style because I liked the skirt so much. The replacement's alignment is much better, but it's still off. I got the item with a 50% discount, so I guess I got what I paid for???
On top of that, some of their selections run small even according to the provided size charts so the outfit still might not fit in the size you think you need! It's really annoying to have to pay for shipping to return the items every time there's an issue with the product, wait for the refund and reorder the item with the risk of it still being wrong. Such a shame because they have really cute clothes!

I had an issue with a faulty product that was not up to standard. I messaged via Twitter and received an instant reply from Mavie who got straight to the point and said although she couldn't send me out another product, she was happy to provide a refund and said not to worry about sending the item back. The service was amazing and she was very lovely. It was a pleasure to be served by her.

I got a dress but in the wrong size (14) instead of a (12) but I noticed they don't change the length of clothing. The model was 5'7 it was at her mid-thigh I'm 5'2 it passed my knees, (obviously.) I'm not plus size but I'm thick. But still I thought okay they only make clothes for taller plus size women?? What about short plus size??? Everything will just be long asf on you.
Another thing it's like they lie about the material it's made out of, ladies check the product description I was looking through a few items of clothing they'll show "silk satin dress" but also say "100% polyester" I mean nun wrong wit wearing a lil polyester but still WTF PLT is expensive & I'm paying all this money just for "POLYESTER" like what is the material???
But the shipping took 3 days with express and return was good they refunded my money, I forgot how long it took tho.

worst refund policies ever! Not only did i received a deffective item... sawn completely wrong but from checking the size chart what i received is definitely not a small! an 8 year old child would fit in what i received. i called customer service twice asking for a simple swap of sizes and a switch of my deffective item, they told me i had to ship it at my cost and reorder! you call yourself an online business? returns and exchanges should be free of charge. lastly the material is cheap and nothing like pictures...
