Leah was very prompt and a pleasure to speak with this afternoon. I ordered items for my vacation and chose the wrong shipping . Leah refunded the transaction and within an hour I was able to re-order the items ! PLT has the cutest outfits at affordable prices I will definitely be back!

I had an issue with my delivery (I was not there when my package was dilivered) and was left confused and frusterated. However I was directed to Nish whom was absolutley helpful and kind. Nish explained to me my situation,helped fix it and guided me the entire way. If you have an issue I recomend speaking to NISH!

I didn't receive an email about my order so I contacted PLT and an agent named Jamaica helped me within minutes and reassured me that's everything was ok I just entered my email address in wrong. She gave me all the details I needed. So polite and efficient! Thank you!!! X

I purchased a set and I paid express shipping. My package failed to arrive on time. I was at first refunded for the shipping then ultimately for the entire purchase. As a courtesy, I was offered a promo code for my troubles of 40%. There's currently a 40% off sale so I'm not getting much of deal here. Offering me it was actually an insult.

Just received such amazing help from Emma B. Sent a message late on a Saturday night and received a reply in just a few minutes! As what I was looking for was not in stock Emma then sent me a couple of suggestions similar to what I was looking for which was so helpful and saved me so much time. Makes such a difference getting not just one reply within a few minutes but a full conversation and it not spread out within a few hours. Had bad experiences with other online clothing site and getting a reply, I'll not make the mistake of going anywhere apart from plt.

I sent out a return package for the pieces that were too big for me. I forgot to put the original invoice slip in the return so I reached out to PLT's online customer service chat to let them know. Nowman helped me, and was quick & concise! Told me he/she was going to put a note on my account letting PLT know. I am patiently waiting for my package to return to PLT for my refund. Thanks again Nowman!

I did not receive my order . I was very distraught . This has never happened to me before . I logged onto to twitter and DM'd PLT customer service. Cat was amazing . I received an immediate response and Cat was very informative about what my options were and she resolved my issue in less than 24 hours . I am very pleased. Thank you Cat!!!!

They do not refund returns!
I returned items twice and 24 days still have no refund for both times! The customer service does nothing and blames Paypal because I opened a dispute .. So they do nothing is incredible. I will have to complain no professionalism. Already the return costs are not free (France) plus they fly clearly without refunding when returning the items.
