Although my parcel arrived in 5 working days it contained the wrong goods and no with reply paid label for return I had to contact Ponden. I was sent a print at home label and returned the goods. Ponden had promised at this point that replacement goods to fulfil my order would be dispatched but these have never appeared. A complete waste of my time and I shall not be ordering from Ponden again.

I received this by post and it was earlier than I expected.
I love the curtains ...we bought the duvet back end of last year ..so been waiting to get the curtains...i looked on line to see if they delivered and bought them ....now my bedroom is complete

Was working day of delivery so requested diversion to neighbours. Got home and neighbours didn't have it. Not in any safe place. Knocked on other doors and no one had it. Emails are not being replied to and couriers used are not contactable
