Can't get to my local health food shop just now. Was able to find stuff not available at the supermarket during lockdown at reasonable prices. everything well packed and decent delivery time.

Placed my order Friday 8:39 21.03.2020
Called the same day at 15:53 to cancel my order, been told order is in the warehouse already-therefore can’t be cancelled now. Have been told to call back when I get tracking number,order was dispatched on Tuesday 24.03.2020 called company again and they told me to call back next day , called on 25.03.2020 been told that they can’t reach out to courier but they will pass a note not to send parcel.
I still received my order which I was trying to cancel from the day one .
3 times called CS and still order was not cancelled.
Order was shipped after 4 days , why even ship the order if I wanted to cancel it the same day?! Not great experience for me

Amazing products and even better customer service. My parcel got lost in transit and the young lad Bret on the helpline was so friendly and really delivered on customer service. Was nice and refreshing to get that. He helped resend the order to me and I received it the following day.

Would be great to see more discounts though and free delivery as £4 almost for delivery is a little pricey

Company has wide range of products that should satisfy the most discerning customer. Order ALWAYS arrives promptly,each item safely wrapped in minimum of recyclable material(I use it to bulk out compost bin!) Tops are taped to ensure no spill. Have yet to contact company with complaint about anything I have received so cannot comment on customer service. More importantly it states quite clearly when a product is not available,avoiding disappointment later. No intention of looking at other companies as am quite satisfied so far. Must admit the points scheme is,to me,a waste of time but others like the idea.

Quick delivery with no excess plastic packaging, no issues, a great company. Will be purchasing from them again. Also love how easy their website is to navigate with the filter options (very useful as I'm only looking for vegan friendly products) and I trust that all of the products they stock are ethically sourced.

Looked for what I call kebab chilli’s (picked chilli’s) for a long time and the found Natural Collection. Always looking for a bargain so a little upset when I had to add postage. But, saying that I ordered 4 jars and the P&P was minimal per jar so all in all a good deal. Will definitely use again. Great service and prompt delivery.
