I booked two trips with your company when visiting Inverness, both trips were very good value for money, the staff on both trips were very experienced and informative, all staff very friendly and social distancing was always adheared too.

The ticket venues were closed and we were unable to exchange our confirmation vouchers. Both agents I talked to on the phone were unaware that the ticketing locations were closed. We spent almost 3 hours trying to find a location to exchange the voucher for tickets and finally gave up and went with another company. I will be disputing this charge with my credit card company. What a total waste of my time and energy.

Turned up at early at meeting point, no one there. Had to make various phones calls at my own cost. Put on hold for 12 minutes so cancelled and rang again. Was then told someone would call me back in 5 mins.
10 mins later someone called me, but they thought they were calling the tour operator not me the customer, so was ridiculous. They then said they’d get the tour operator on the other line and to hold. Line then went dead.
Further correspondence only by email at my request. Turns out the trips are cancelled due to covid yet you can still book and I can still book one now if I want, as it shows available.
Shocking service, very disappointed as this was a tour recommended to us, by another company.
The link didn’t work that we were sent by friends (prob because they’ve actually taken it off their site as it’s no longer available) so we searched another operator and booked this fictitious trip. Currently awaiting a refund.

Could not go because of the virus and as of yet been unable to get a refund, so I am extremely
disappointed on how this company have dealt with the whole situation. I booked this from Canada and my flight was cancelled because of the virus and I really hoped it would have been handled better.
