Tour Guide, Deb, was absolutely fantastic. She had everything under control throughout our entire trip. The buses were very roomy and the wifi was consistent. I would highly recommend an Insight Vacation to anyone!

The guide was well informed and was able to share his knowledge an interesting way helping to understand and enjoy life and customs of ancient Egypt.

our tour guide, Laura Spears, was excellent, also our driver, Tomas. I loved the tour , but I would have enjoyed the raiders more if it had been in the daytime. Also, I think that it went on too long. Laura and Tomas made sure that we did everything on the tour and they were on the phone all the time trying to arrange everything. We did convoy a few times to be able to get ton0ourn destination.Also, there was a restaurant we stopped in twice for lunch. I just wished that they had had at least a choice of tw different soups. Other than that I would have given it a 5.

Outstanding Tour Director -Annaliese & our Coach Driver -Fabio on Best of Italy Tour Feb 12 -23 2020. Great local Tour guides too - Kristina was fabulous.
Hotels were amazing & the chosen sites, the whole trip.
Fantastic cost too re package as I was able to fulfil my Dream & go to Italy to celebrate 5 yrs Cancer free.

There were some issues with booking places we were supposed to go and although that could not be rectified on the trip other experiences were offered that made up for the errors. The tour director Gary was professional and attentive.

Organization, planning and implementation of tour was seamless
Tour director demonstrated excellent knowledge of each place’s culture, history and useful Info ( unique to each locality) necessary to thoroughly enjoy stay
Tour director was always able to accommodate/ adjust unavoidable circumstances in such a way that activities were not majorly impacted

Our Travel Director Zsofi and Bus Driver Tom were excellent. Even though winter weather conditions caused some changes to routes, they found safe passages to our destinations. They ensured that we still we able to see and explore many beautiful areas throughout our journey in the Arctic Circle.
