This company don’t deserve 1 and should be ashamed of refusing to return money to those legally entitled. They continue to entice people to book with them whilst giving no legally bound reasons why they are refusing to return monies owing to their inability to fulfil their contract. This is so dishonest! I rarely make comments because I know how tough it is in the competitive market place but right now this is the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. No morale compass whatsoever! You should be ashamed of yourselves given your refusal to answer phones, emails in a timely fashion and when you ask what your legally entitled to you refuse to communicate any further! It’s nothing less than criminal!

Really poor service, paid for all the extra add ons to enable cancellation, now they are saying I can only have a voucher. They give out mixed messages, on the phone they said I could have a cash refund and now an email says not just the vouchers. As many have said, we will not forget how this poor company have treated customers in this time of need, shame on you!

As many have said, if there was an option for 0 stars they’d be getting that. Awful customer service - phone lines shut, not answers emails or social media and have furloughed 90% of their staff so customers won’t be hearing from them any time soon. Had full cancellation available on my booking. They cancelled my booking and sent me a voucher (not even for the full amount I paid). I’ve asked for a refund and know I won’t receive it from looking at all the comments on here and on twitter. Absolutely disgusting.

I I could give no stars I would informed that I would be receiving a cash refund then said I could only have a voucher I can’t use. They have lied and stolen my money I was a loyal customer but will never use these cowboys again.

Avoid Avoid Avoid, what a bunch of crooks. Offered parking with full refund if needed to cancel. Holiday cancelled, so cancelled with this bunch of thieves. No refund available, just a useless voucher! Over £100 so section 75 claim gone in through my card issuer. This is one business that needs to fail, it's practices are immoral!

Had to cancel my airport parking as Tui cancelled my package holiday and they are refusing to refund me despite my paying the cancellation Waiver when booking. They are claiming Corona Virus is Force Majeur and have offered a voucher valid for 18 months from May, but I will not now be able to afford a holiday to use it in that time-frame, due to not being able to work because of the pandemic. Tui are refunding in full, I won't be using holiday extras again

Awful company - I had to cancel due to poor health, prior to lock down. I paid the insurance waiver and after waiting for nearly an hour on the phone I was promised a cash refund. I’ve been chasing the refund ever since, this morning I get an update with a voucher attached. I feel totally cheated like most people on here!! I will never use them again.

cancelled booking due to the virus paid cancellation wavier told i was getting a cash refund then weeks later was told it would be a voucher .NEVER USE THESE AGAIN I WILL BOOK DIRECT WITH THE AIRPORT IN FUTURE ,I hope they go bust even though i have more bookings pending

Avoid at all costs!! Holiday cancelled due to Covid-19 pandemic, holiday extras offered me a voucher for my car parking. I requested a cash refund to which they responded they will issue a cash refund minus a £10.50 administration charge. this was disappointing as i paid extra in case i needed to cancel but still they were going to charge me an admin charge. After over a month waiting and many emails to them (without response) they have finally sent email stating 2our booking terms and conditions allow us to cancel bookings without issuing a refund of any kind (due to it being a 'force majeure' event, we have chosen not to do this. Instead we have converted 100% of the value of your booking, into a voucher". They have given me 18 months from date of issue to use it. So no cash refund as agreed. This is the first time that I've booked with Holiday Extras and it will be the last, i will be advising all friends and family to avoid holiday extras DO NOT BOOK WITH HOLIDAY EXTRAS, go direct to the airport, there are always vouchers for discounts and Holiday Extras are not as cheap anyway and their customers service is DISGUSTING and they certainly are NOT interested in keeping you as a return customer. STAY CLEAR of HOLIDAY EXTRAS. I have lost all my money now as my son who has autism wont go on holiday now, so that money has been kept by HOLIDAY EXTRAS, THANKS FOR BEING GREEDY!!!! AVOID!!!at all costs!!!

Had email from them today issuing me with a voucher. I paid extra with my booking to cancel for free, which I did. Advised that I would get a refund in 30 days. Now can’t ring them or email them. Totally disgusted, I won’t be using them again. I’ve raised a chargeback with my credit card let’s see what happens with that.

As with other people I was encouraged to pay for the extra cancellation but you failed to repay after 30 days. Got a worthless voucher. You will not be getting any further business from me.
