Very well packed, so crock arrived without damage. Looks good and hoping first batch of sauerkraut will be ready soon! Accompanying information sheets quite poor, with spelling mistakes and some doubtful instructions concerning salt.

The Water Kefir arrived on time with clear instructions. Compared to Kombucha, the brewing process is quicker and more straightforward. The result is a much lighter drink which my sister loves and I like-the stronger taste of Kombucha is more to my taste.

I'm absolutely thrilled with my SCOBY and kombucha brewing kit. The glassware is all sturdy and exactly what I was looking for. The SCOBY arrived healthy and beautiful, and I was delighted to have my first brew ready in just 4 days, along with the growth of a second SCOBY. I've now bottled a second brew and am ready to start a third. The SCOBY is continuing to layer up, so in no time I should be able to start another brew to experiment with.
I was also pleased with how well-packaged everything was, with plenty of bubble wrap. I appreciated having the printed brewing and care instructions for the SCOBY, as well.
One thing I wasn't thrilled about - they sent a different kind of incense than I ordered, but it's no bother really when everything else was great.
