My overall experience with booking the Evan Evans tour was good, and I do not hesitate to recommend them.
The one critique I have is that my tour in England was booked and charged in US$. This was clear from the start, so I do not have a major issue with it. But, in general, my strong preference is to be charged in the local currency and have the FX handled by my bank.

My family & I loved our tour of Windsor Castle, Stonehenge & Oxford. I recommend that people bring their own lunch with them, as there is very little time to buy lunch during the tour. Our driver Joe, & tour guide, Patricia, were fabulous.
We were picked up and left on time. The bus was very comfortable and clean. We arrived without incident and were returned back to the office as promised.

This trip w as cancelled because of low participation.Then day before I got email saying what time to meet. I had to call them to find out Yes or No... reply w as.."oh those things are automated"
Now u people are tormenting me about non existent tour.
What a way to run a business and retain customers !!!

The bus was clean and on time. Our tour guide was fantastic! She was extremely knowledgeable and shared intimate insights on the history of the area. Very entertaining.
The time allocated was perfect. Maybe a little more time at Stonehenge, but overall and safe, and wonderful day.

We chose a tour to 2 places rather than 3 (for example, Stonehenge, Bath & Windsor) because based on numerous reviews we thought 3 places would be rushed. As it was, on our tour we felt rushed at Stonehenge and didn't even have time to visit the visitor's center. But our guide Phil was excellent- a fount of knowledge and trivia about so many different subjects on our tour. We had plenty of time in Bath for touring and for lunch.

The bus was clean and comfortable, the driver did a great job. The tour guide was a phenomenal wealth of interesting knowledge across many topics. The timing was a bit tight and didn't leave enough time at each stop, but that can be hard to accomplish when going so far. I would certainly tour with Evan Evans again!

Once again their tour guides are extremely knowledgeable and a pleasure to be with. I would not do the Dover part of this trip again. The buses are comfortable with free WiFi and usb plugs which is great. You don’t really get a good view of the white cliffs but if you want to see the English Channel and France you will.
