Excellent build, price and service. I chose Dino because they did a great job with my last PC, and I'm very impressed with this new one too.

10/10 for everything from the quality of the build to its performance. The staff were very helpful keeping me updated on the progress and status of my order and was very quick to answer any questions whilst I was waiting for it. Absolutely brilliant.

From start to finish they were communicative, helpful, and dedicated. It's a decent, and not worryingly fast or too slow, turnaround with prompt responses as to progress, delivery, and any other queries. I used them for building a decent office PC for where I work, but I am tempted to see how their gaming PC builds are for personal use. The customisation options for every facet of the build are extremely thorough- which I loved- and for those without the time to invest in building it themselves a great way to ensure a PC to suit your needs.

We bought a computer from them about 6 years ago and everything was fine. However when I ordered a computer for my grandson on 11 April things had changed greatly.
After 2 weeks the site was still saying processing so I checked the reviews to find that several people had been having problems over several months.
I immediately contacted DInopc on line to be told my pc would be with me w/c commencing 13 MAy, I responded and said that if it was not with me on 13 May I would be cancelling and instructing Paypal to request a refund.
I was unable to get any response on the phone.
I contacted Paypal and they proceeded with a disput, giving Dinopc 10 days to respond. Nothing occurred and Paypal investigated.
I received an email about end of may telling me the items for my PC had been picked from the shelf the previous day and my PC would be with me in a few days.
Paypal expected the disput to be sorted by 16 June and as nothing had occurred they instigated a refund and my money was returned.
On Dinopc website my order is still stating Processing.

I had a great experience from start to finish
I created a duplicate order first off and asked for 1 to be cancelled, sorted that straight away, asked nicely for a keyboard and mouse upgrade and to my surprise it was sent to me with pc, my Primal GS8 Intel Gaming PC is working perfectly, it was very well packed and handy instructions are included, had very good communication from Silas in customer service and every reply was speedy and accurate.
so over all, great experience and great pricing, usually buy form over OCUK but very happy I purchased from Dino PC
keep it lit guys :)

Customer service is good and prompt but I have experienced numerous issues with my pc. I had it sent for inspection which was a quick and smooth process, but I am still having issues with crashes. There is still overheating despite being told that an extra cooling fan had been installed. This may be due to choosing a custom build.

My pc does exactly what I expect it to and I'm extremely pleased with it. It has been well built and arrived much more quickly than I expected. My review relates, mostly, to the company and its service. Dino PC initially failed to include or email the three free game codes that should have come with my order. That's ok as long as it's corrected, mistakes happen, right? I've sent them messages and they did not contacted me to rectify this. I placed a review on Trustpilot, which I have since updated, and one of their customer service team called me the following day, then emailed me the relevant game codes/links. I'm extremely happy with the way they responded which shows they do value customer feedback and they will work to rectify issues. It's important and reassuring for me to know that a company responds quickly to it's customers.

Never had computer built for me before and was a bit wary due to this one being the highest spec and most expensive one to date. Required for 3D rendering mainly and it was hard to find one pre built unless it came with lots of unnecessary stuff or, normally, older spec. Tried Dino PCs configurator and was able to come up with one perfect for my needs and within budget; was even able to add a Solid State main Drive. Well packaged, arrived up here in Fife without a scratch, delighted with my new PC - screams along at lightning speed. Had contact with Dino PC a couple of times found it to be a very smoothly run, professional and friendly outfit. No hesitation in recommending to others. Thanks.

I wouldn't recommend ordering from Dino especially in December. I was promised a delivery date approx 2 weeks before Christmas. I chased delivery regularly only to find PC wasn't built even after the due delivery date (despite previous reassurances). I was left unimpressed by the blatant lies. We ended up having a very stressful Christmas Eve wondering whether or not it was going to turn up. No email was received on the morning to tell me my delivery time (I should have heard by 0900). I contacted couriers who said it couldn't be delivered owing to lack of staff. As a consequence I did a 30 mile round trip to the DPD depot in the afternoon only to find out that upon my arrival that it had gone out for delivery. To say I was unimpressed was an understatement.
It didn't end there; upon setting up the PC we found the wifi card didn't work and there were problems with Windows 10 too. The Wifi card was wedged in at an angle on the motherboard to make it fit. To make matters worse it was positioned directly under the graphics card covering one of the 2 fans- which Dino don't think is a problem (apparently this is normal). I'd call it poor engineering and a poor choice of motherboard for this particular build if this is the case.
Overall I would not recommend Dino. Customer service and technical support was just not good enough. Most emails are from personnel who obviously use English as a second language, which meant that emails were not read properly and responses were brief, or from generic templates and often did not answer the questions being raised which left me frustrated. Not a fantastic experience and overall very disappointed. The PC had to go back to have the wifi card removed and the SSD replaced. At least that part of the process went smoothly!

Ordered a PC from them in 2012, which is still going strong today (with a few upgrades of course). The only problem I ever had was a faulty case power button, but they sent a new one out promptly without any fuss. Would definitely recommend to anyone who wants a PC and does not want to build one themselves
Delivery:
Used a free 3-day shipping promo in a magazine - arrived within a week
Packaging:
Nicely secured inside the case box - which was inside another box with plenty of air-filled bags

The last PC I bought was from CyberPower and I ran into loads of problems. A few years later (a few months ago) I bought a PC from DinoPC. So far the PC is running great, I haven't had a single blue screen unlike my last PC. The only bad thing is that I had to wait around 3 weeks for my computer to arrive but it still came within the time stated(only a day or two late), however I am very impatient but it was still worth the wait. I rarely write good reviews but DinoPC definitely deserve one!

I put the order for the PC on 30th July and it was received on 1st August. The website promised a 2-week turn around, and via Twitter I was told I would receive a dispatch confirmation around between 15-16 August, I didn't. After further inquiry, I was told the NZXT case was out of stock and they only received the stock at the end of the supposed two-week turn around. I was told that the PC is being built and tested within the next 3-days which I feared may cause problems as it seems a tad too rushed. It seems like I was right. I am also not particulary impressed of how they did not inform me about the out of stock part even after the initial inquiry about delivery estimate. The PC was dispatched on the 19th August and received on the 22nd, it did not show display at first but a friend help me sort it out as I have zero technical knowledge. On the 16th of September, the PC fails to start and restarts itself a few seconds after the fans turns on and remains that way in a constant loop, until unplugged from the socket. It was sent away and received by Dino on the 22nd September and I was told the problem was due to a faulty memory and the component has been replaced, I received the PC back on the 27th September. It worked well until the 7th of November when I started hearing beeping from the PC, after coming back from holiday. Nearly 3 weeks of trying to find what the beeping is as the pattern seems to keep changing and now my HDD doesn't showing up. It shows on the BIOS after checking a few times but irregularly. Sometimes it's there, sometimes it's not.
The people I've talked to so far are nice and helpful - both on phone and twitter, although I must say it's hard to get a hold of someone via phone based on the last time I needed support. However, it disappointing and unacceptable to be having issues every other month since receiving the PC. I recommended Dino to a few people I know but I feel like recanting that now, based on my experience within the last 3 months. The PC itself is beautiful and works great when it does, except it doesn't stay that way for longer than a month. I'm really sad about this.

Overall my DinoPC order has been very successful: I have had the PC for over a month now and there seem to be no problems. The only real hardware problem was my fault in choosing a graphics card that doesn't support VGA output (I'm using an old monitor), you can get an adapter for this however so it's not a real problem. My promo codes for free games were delivered very quickly. In terms of delivery for the system itself, as it was overclocked I should have expected it would be towards the end of the delivery window. I advise you to order on a Wednesday or earlier however: orders are processed the next working day and then sent out up to 10 business days later. As delivery is next business day and I ordered on Thursday, the order was dispatched on Friday and so irritatingly I did not get it till Monday-17 days after I ordered. Very good pricing though and freindly staff.

The only problem i had with Dino Pc is the delivery time they gave me.
There is a problem with there own suppliers not sending the parts on time
which holds up your order so i would think that Dino should give a lead
time to 2 to 3 weeks as 2 weeks which i was given is not long enough if
they come into problems.
This problem is not only mine as other people have had the same problem
from reviews i have seen.
Looking on the positive side the pc is what i expected a well built unit.

Ordered over xmas - slight delay in recieving order however when I contacted customer services I had a swift reply and the machine was dispatched shortly afterwards.
The machine performs very well, although I haven't had cause to open the case it appears to have been put together well and I've had no issues. It was well packed for transit and the purchase process/contact with customer services was smooth.

From the time I ordered from DinoPC to day I received my delivery, I was very pleased overall. I configured a high end custom PC (6700k/980TI etc), which came to a very reasonable £1650. This included the express delivery service. I was kept up to date with the order from start to finish and the build was perfect. The only tiny issue I had was the fact that some manuals and an SLI bridge were left out of my order This took about 6 weeks to resolve but I feel the company still deserves 5 stars.
