Unfortunately I had to return my items but the returns process was easy to follow and I was kept informed throughout until my payment was refunded. Both the delivery and return were quick. My order was delivered to a local store and I took it back there for the return.

Dare2be as an organisation I would give 5 stars to. However it has been pulled down to 3 because of your decision to use Hermes as a delivery partner. They lie when saying 'tried to deliver and no safe location' on 2 consecutive days when, on both occasions, I have been in and put a safe location on their website. Also 2 returns that I sent back on 23rd and 26Nov are still tracked as 'received at our local hub'. Customer service has to be consistent through the entire process.
