The crossing was very good - the occupied seats in the front lounge were spread out and the atmosphere was calm and peaceful. I was pleased to find the restaurant serving hot food as well as snacks. Everything felt very safe and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful.
The only negative was that the crossing was delayed by one hour. Notification of the delay was given too late to adjust departure from home and no reasons for the delay given.

The staff were very helpful and accommodating. Food good,
Reclining seat offered on both sailings was not as expected by the driver, and left a little bit to be desired.
in Guernsey, Once the driver had handed his vehicle to your team, he went to the terminal to await boarding for the return ferry, but was disappointed with the overall lack of facilities as it was Closed, this added to NO toilet facilities..
the ferry inside temperature was not very good as it mirrored the outside temperature of approx 9oC

Yup, always doing their best in the face of a weather and mechanical dependent lifeline link between the Channel Islands, England & France. More Wednesday options for all routes would be amazing if possible?

Good amount of information and updates before travel about requirements for travelling during Covid and with sailing conditions. Very friendly and helpful staff. Easy to change aspects of travel and receive refunds where due (even though due to my own mistake during booking).
Environment felt Covid secure.

Firstly you don't get any free meals unlike other ferry companies (if you travel from Liverpool to Dublin on PnO which is a similar time trip you get 3 meals FREE for the same price (i paid about 340 return ).
Secondly the price of a cabin is ridiculous ! (88 for a 8 hour trip which is like paying for a 5 star hotel room for the night), again the same is 20 quid on a PnO ferry which just shows you the difference. Then when i wouldn't buy a cabin i was put into a seating area for 20 quid which is so freezing i was moved into the club lounge for free on the return trip at night. ( why you need to pay for tea and coffee is so tight-fisted i don't know what to say and is embarrassing for the company. The staff are polite and did there best but i think someone making the business decisions are letting them down and the company.
The only thing stopping me giving me one star is the staff and they alone deserve one.

We actually stayed in the cabin the whole trip after having breakfast in the cafe. We noticed sanitisers scattered around, as usual all staff professional and pleasant and wearing masks.

The staff are great and the boat is as comfortable as you could expect. The problem is the poor and expensive food offer. Basically a £5 croque monsieur was about the only edible thing. I had a bacon roll which had a very cheap standard catering bap, very little bacon, and no butter or spread. My wife tells me the vegan roll was well flavoured. The prices are what you might expect in a Costa coffee or similar but the standard was very very low.
