Rubbish products and non-existent customer service; no phone number to contact company and c/o address - doesn't sound good. Needless to say this is deliberate and company just gets your money and ignores totally your concerns!

Ordered some indoor lights for daughter’s bedroom. Easy to use webpage. Ordered and paid. Lights came with given time. Opened today, no damage, clear and easy instructions, easy to assemble. Put up, worked and looked really nice and what we imaged. Daughter was overjoyed. Such a shame not everyone has received the same experience from reading the reviews below?

I ordered the cotton ball lights in November, received a picture from dpd a couple of days later of the parcel on my doorstep, but no parcel to be seen! I was convinced I'd have to write it off as one of those.
Decided to email them anyway to let them know, Alexis was really understanding and sent a replacement parcel straight away, which arrived the next day - thank you! They look great, and the build quality seems really good - I'm surprised by the other reviews here.
They are more expensive than other lights, but they have a usb connection and are very energy efficient - I run them off my solar system.

Really awful service and I would not recommend this company and its products to anyone. I ordered the cotton fairy lights. The company website states that once you have placed your order, you will receive email confirmation. No such confirmation was ever sent. I then received the lights and they were damaged as a result of the woefully inadequate packaging in which the lights came. The comapny website states that if you are not happy with the product and wish to return and receive a refund, then you should email the company and they would advise what to do about returns and seeking a refund/replacement. I emailed the company as soon as I received the faulty goods to let them know what had happened and how I should go about receiving a refund. I received no response. I have emailed again and have to date received no response. I have returned the product to the company's address (a c/o address) and have received no confirmation of receipt. I have emailed the company again, still no response. Four weeks on, I have received no refund and no response from the company whatsover. I think a small claims court is now in order. A really awful service - Cable and Cotton is very quick to take your money but when it comes to customer service and rectifying problems, they just don't exist! Please don't use - there are plenty of other suppliers of these lights (Etsy, Wayfair and Case de Paul)

I received some out door lights and they did not work. I emailed the company and was told to screw them tighter! I did and they still did not work. I e mailed them saying they still were not working and I've been met with a wall of silence and out of pocket. No update no reply. Very disappointed and feel ripped off.

Have emailed this company several times for further information about the products - many do not have details of the dimensions so had to ask. To date I have received no response. Ver poor customer service, but their loss as I was planning to order a large number of decorative lights for my daughter's wedding!

Awful!! Lights arrived damaged & a totally different colour to the photo on the website. Emailed several times to try & resolve with a change of colour but found customer service was non existent. Reluctantly requested a full refund which they agreed to including return postage but still waiting for 2 weeks & 3 emails later. Would not use again or recommend.

I received my lights quickly (2 working days) and we absolutely love them - I chose my own colours to match our living room and was so pleased with the results ! Everyone comments on them and they’ve become something of a talking point because of the way they match our living room colours. Top company, great customer service and excellent product.

Rubbish customer service, hard to resolve their mistakes. Cheap lights, fuse keeps blowing. You have to buy a full set of bulbs to get a fuse which are very expensive.
Would not buy again. Expensive for something that breaks . The cheaper version is more reliable
