Just received flowers for mothers Day from my 16year old daughter. Great surprise when confetti popped out but flowers are rubbish. Really upset for my daughter as she really thought about this gift. Money paid for flowers that look like they have been dead for weeks. One tulip head was not even attached to the stem. Absolute disgrace. Only gave one star but only as giving you no stars was not an available option. Disgusted!

Absolute rubbish. Nothing like videos. Open up confetti just on top box didn’t pop until removed from packaging.

AVOID AVOID AVOID. Very poor after care when goods don’t arrive. Ordered a Valentine surprise for my husband. I selected a date for it to arrive before Valentine’s Day so I had it in time for sure. Nothing arrived before or after. I wrote and email to Boomf on their advertised address hello @ Boomf .com. I emailed them 5 times before I had a response... and that ‘golden’ response was what??? A message saying, I hope you’ve received your order now!!! No offer to apologise or look into it!! I’m not in the habit of paying for goods and services that I never receive, I made it clear I wanted a refund in my emails. I have replied to Boomf reiterating that I want a refund as my order was never received, I’ve replied twice so far, and still no further response from them. Disgraceful customer care.

What a scam! I ordered mine for Valentine's day, it was sent out on the 2nd and I still have NOT received it! This is absolutely unacceptable! I finally got a response saying it would be here on the 17th! Nope! Then another response saying it got lost in the mail!? Which is it!? I should of known it was too good to be true. Still haven't gotten a response on what they're going to do. Smh

Got two bombs for my daughter’s for Xmas just arrived , no instructions or which was which no name on them . Opened one and nothing no explosion just cardboard and confetti, so thought open the 2nd give it a chance and again nothing very disappointed and glad I didn’t give them this poor surprise. If they had worked would of bought 2 more ! So glad I didn’t and disappoint my daughters

I ordered a package which never arrived. After contacting the company twice, their final answer was that it’s already too late to do anything. I lost my money and time. No respect for customers.

The confetti most definitely did not shoot out like a cannon, it fell. Almost like the sides got stuck. When it was empty it was springing up with great force. It was definitely a waste. And it wasn't any type of surprise with it saying "confetti cannon" all over it too.

I ordered a card in mid-May that never arrived. The status said "shipped." On June 10th I reached out to the company at which time they offered a refund or a replacement. Giving them the benefit of the doubt, I ordered a replacement. The replacement said "shipped" on June 14th, but it still has not arrived (it is June 24th). Very disappointed.

So disappointed. Ordered a card for Father’s Day (first week of June). Got an email and shipping confirmation that it would be here by 6/19. No updates since 6/17 and it’s somewhere in New Jersey (saying it will be delivered by 9pm on 6/19). I emailed customer service and have yet to get a response. I want my money back and I will NEVER use Boomf again.

Took a ridiculous amount of time to deliver...3 weeks! Tracking was a joke. And once replacement was sent it did not even pop as described. She dumped the confetti out and opened the box. Rip off for $12

I ordered cards for family members on May 17th and received an email saying the box had been shipped the following day. The email came with a UPS tracking number that said my boomf box was in transit and out for delivery, expected to arrive on May 21st. It never arrived. Now when i try to check the package it says it is now in transit with the local post office. A company selling special occasion gifts, should be able to make the occasion. Im very disappointed and hope that my card will still arive. I would hate to think that in times like these that this could be a scam.

Payment was pretty much instant, as well as email confirmation. Selecting different customisation was easy and quick. Some of the links on the website didn't seem to work e.g. when clicking "Chocolate" or "Marshmallow" you stayed on the front page. Overall, pretty good service which my friend promptly received.

They parcel came quite late, I ordered it on Monday and it didn't come until Saturday. Also the confetti didn't explode out the box it just fell out.very disappointed.

I ordered a card for Valentine's Day 2020 on January 31st and it was shipped that day. It was to be delivered to the United States. I choose the standard delivery 6-9 working days. It should have arrived on the 13th or even the 14th would have been fine. After it did not arrive I emailed the company asking for a status update or to see if it didn't get shipped (accidents happen) i was sent an email a day later asking for my address which I sent them. I finally received the card on the 21st, one week after Valentine's Day. The card did not open into a box as described and we had to physically play with the box until it opened up. I still have not heard back from the company. I am very disappointed in my order and would not recommend this company to anyone. Save your money and don't buy from boomf.com

I had ordered 2 boomf boxes and it has been over 3 weeks but none of them has articles yet. They were for a special occasion but they have ruined it. It was such a waste of money! Never ordering again. Horrible experience
