All Rounder Gymnastics, part of the same company. Absolutely shocking customer service and experience- do not use! If I could leave zero stars I would because they do not deserve any!
I ordered an air track at the beginning of May for my daughters birthday in July because they were in high demand i wanted to order in advance to ensure delivery in time.
We filled it with air and before she even stepped foot on the track, we used the handle to live it less than a metre sideways and the handle came clean off!!
This track was £320 so I expected better quality!!
Despite ringing the number provided at all times of the day for several days there was never an answer, so I messaged on Facebook to be ignored ; commented on Instagram asking for the best way to contact as the iPhones just ring out And instantly got a reply to my original Facebook message..!!
Only to be met with 4 very rude and abrupt messages to which I politely replied and then as I was about to reply to the last one I find thehbhad blocked me and my messages would not go through!! The ‘conversation’ lasted all of 2 minutes with no resolution or even acceptance that there was an issue!!
I find it disgusting that I was blocked instantly from ALL social media ... if that isn’t a guilty conscience on their part I don’t know what it! What have they got to hide??
Very rude. I have raised a pay pal dispute and will be contacting trading standards and will absolutely never recommend to any of my daughters elite gymnastics squad or her cheer team!
Do not use - overpriced and very poor quality!

Placed an order for next day delivery on June 8th for 7 year old sons cricket bat for start of training. Money taken next day. No communication. No delivery. Telephone, live chat or email unresponsive. MD unresponsive also.

I bought two Grade 1 cricket bats online during black Friday for over 500 pounds .Both had blemishes so decided to send it back after talking to customer services. Hermes tracking clearly shows the item is returned and got a signature, but Macey at customer service says it is not one of their team member accepted the delivery and denied my refund. Basically I lost £500 and cricket bats. Going to report to action fraud and police to recover my money or bats.

APPALLING doesn’t even describe the experience with this dreadful company. I placed an order on 24th November, nothing to date & zero communication. Telephone numbers are a joke. Money was taken on 24th November. NEVER EVER use this company
