The welds have come away from the base of a £600 chair , the fault lies with the poor welding of the arms attached to the central cylinder base, I have a 10 year guarantee which means absolutely nothing as far as ahf Peterborough are concerned , they have sent three technicians out from Homeserve and still it’s not resolved after months of waiting, I had been told by ahf Peterborough they would call me back the following day, they never did, It’s not rocket science if you send a new base you send a new cylinder as well, very poor customer service, I have been trying to sort this out since December 2019, I will be taking this higher.

Useless delivery service, quick to take your money, bit 4 months later I am still waiting for my furniture. Don’t use them!!!

Don't trust or buy from AHF. They will say and anything for a sale. Our table and chairs came the wrong colour... eventually swapped.
The table top cracked - we didn't worry because Grant at the Stoke branch had sold us extra warranty just for this exact concern of ours... that the porcelain table top may get damaged. It turns out Grant either lied or misunderstood the policy coverage. We've now got a dangerous crack in a brand new table and now way of getting recompense. Steer well clear of this company.

If I could give a 0 star rating for the after sales customer care I would. This company have been appalling. Sent out 2 lots of VERY faulty furniture, had a battle since october last year to get money back...finally got it yesterday. They never call when say they will. Get passed from person to person all the time and nobody,even the customer care team leader wouldn't accept that the furniture was faulty and sort it out.... and I'm talking ripped material, pulls, cushions not even fitting the sofa.. and only 1 person ever apologised for the hassle that we have had, and that was a lady instore. We rang customer services as soon as it had been delivered on both occasions. They REALLY need to learn about customer rights and the law and def need better customer service training.
