INSTALLATION:
Why do I get an ActiveX error message
when trying to install the Mamma Toolbar?
Your Internet security settings may be on "High". This
will prevent ActiveX controls from running. To install the Mamma.com
Toolbar, you must have ActiveX controls enabled. To do this, follow
these simple steps:
- From your browser, select Tools > Internet Options
- Click on the Security Tab
- Click on the Internet icon in the window
- Change security setting to Medium
- Click OK
- Or you may try to reinstall the Mamma.com Toolbar
The Mamma.com Toolbar is installed, but
it doesn't appear in my browser.
From your browser, click on "View > Toolbars" and select
"Mamma Toolbar".
Why has the installation of the Mamma.com
Toolbar failed even though I'm using Windows NT or 2000?
If you're using Windows NT or Windows 2000, and cannot install the
Mamma.com Toolbar, please check with your system administrator to
verify if you have the administrative privileges required to install
applications.
How will I know if a new version of the
Mamma.com Toolbar is available?
The Mamma.com Toolbar has an auto-update system. Users are notified
when an update is made to the toolbar’s DLL. To ensure a flawless
update, a warning is issued if more than one instance of Internet
Explorer is opened.
