I will not recommend g3 fashions to anyone from USA. I have ordered one lehenga and two dresses for my kids, it should be suppose to dispatch in two days that’s what they were mentioned and so that’s why I placed my order on oct 13 ,I need to wear on oct 27 diwali. After four days I didn’t get any notification of dispatch details, so I tried to reach them. Someone named jeel responded and said let you know the details, next day someone reached me..hello maam

After that I reached the new number.they replied to me my kids dress are ready( they send the picture of my kids dress looks like poor quality and material they didn’t look like product display)& G3-WLC4545(my lehanga) is sold out from our store pls give us any another product code for exchange so we can do it alter in urgent basis

Me:.Hii this is not acceptable. After placing order how can you tell this , then why did you displace the dress?

Me:Why I should need to pay more.It’s a exchange of that dress right..then I stopped messaging here and called them and speak.they couldn’t understand English and so that no proper response . Lack of communication .

Mean time they sent the pics of some lehangas.Very cheap quality. They are selling 500 INR to $ 50 here in USA. All USA peoples plz aware of this don’t buy here and waste your money. They are making profit 10 times of original price.

I want to highlights their big Mistakes here

First one: they displayed the sold out item, it was their big fault, because of my wasted time I asked them compensation they were not willing to do anything.

Second one: When they said I can exchange the dress they didn’t mention any price limit, after I chose the other dress they are saying I need to pay

Third one: when I was talking they are passing the phone one person to another person without letting me know.

Fourth one: They are using fake names as girls name but they all are men’s , they used name like jeel , manisha, twinkle but they all are men’s.

Finally I cancelled my whole order.

Poor quality , fake names, worst customer service, irresponsive product display.
